After completing the payment, please send a screenshot via WhatsApp to +852 9363 7570 and notify us that the payment has been made. Once confirmed, the payment status of the order will be updated to "Paid."

• After placing an order (excluding the day of the order) and received the payment, it will be shipped out within approximately 7 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• If there are lots of orders or uncontrollable natural disasters during holidays, the shipment may be delayed.
